Scope of application:

Application standard of automatic polymer-contained oil shear stability tester: SH/T***5. Store the sample which contains an appropriate amount of polymer in the concentrator head so that it suffers one or more ultrasonic shear treatment at the fixed time, and measure its viscosity changes according to the standard and finally calculate the sample viscosity decline rate. For the viscosity loss of the oil in the concentrator due to the ultrasonic shear, the shear stability is evaluated by the viscosity decline rate of the oil. The instrument is suitable for the polymer-contained hydraulic oil and internal combustion engine oil.
